Q&A
1. When you confirm the PI with our sales, please be sure to tell us all the documents you need from us for your customs clearance. Generally, we provide commercial invoice, packing list and the bill of lading. If you need CO\FORMA\health certificate and so on, you are expected to inform these to us when PI signs.
2. Before order confirmation, you may inquiry our sales about the ocean freight from our port (Ningbo or Shanghai) to your port, as we may provide more fast shipping line and more competitive ocean freight. You also can consider to choose CIF or C&F price after comparing our ocean freight and your forwarder's quote.
3. Please be sure to give us the information for consignee, notify party and your port ASAP so as to ensure your cargo can be delivered promptly and smoothly.
4. If you have appointed forwarder, please tell us their contact information in time to ensure we can book vessel in time and shipping goods promptly and smoothly. If you haven't appointed forwarder, our forwarder will provide you with excellent service.
5. Our sales will inform you production schedule and finish date of your order in time . If you ask for goods inspection, please arrange inspector to our factory in time so as to ensure your cargo can be delivered promptly and smoothly.
6. Our sales will notify you of the vessel name, container loading date, ETD and ETA once the forwarder releases us the shipping space.
7. After finish container loading in our factory, our sales will send the loading pictures to you to make you clearly know your goods situation in the container before shipping. The container number and seal number will be sent to you at the same time.
8. After ETD, we will send you the draft of all customs clearance documents for your confirmation such as the B/L, commercial invoice, packing list and so on. Please kindly be sure to give us reply within three working days, or, it will be thought that you accept all the content in these drafts, and then all the original customs clearance documents will be issued accordingly.
9. We will express you all the documents for customs clearance in accordance with the contract, and notify you of the express company and the tracking number accordingly.
10.Our sales will remind you to pick up goods on time when the vessel arrives at your port.
