But in case you met any quality issues , whatever it is sample or mass cargo, please send an email to our sales. In order to resolve problems rightly and rapidly, please do us a favor to get your email includes the following four points:
1. Clear and accurate description of the quality problem;
2. High clear pictures of the problems;
3. If it's sample quality issue, please notify us the track number for the sample; if it's mass cargo quality issue, please notify us the contract number, basis on that, we can go back all the original production records easily, then to figure out why the quality issues occurred and how to fix them;
4. Your expected solving result.
When the mail reaches us, our sales will systemize all information into CAPA, then submit it to quality department. We promise to give you reply within 48 hours and 3 working days for special problems:
1. Quality department will analyze the submitted CAPA, then figure out the primary cause and solutions. If problems are caused by factory indeed instead of transportation or other non factory problems, we will take the responsibilities.
2. Factory will make correction action and prevention action including temporary and long-term solutions.
3. Our sales will email CAPA to you on time and factory will implement it immediately after getting your agreement.
4. Our sales will inform the proceeding and result to you in time, and will arrange the following matters such as delivery and so on.
